Protect Yourself

and Your Passion

Sport is one of our passions and plays a huge part in our business; we work with many organisations and have clients throughout the UK who compete at development, amateur and right through to professional levels in a wide range of disciplines.

there is often a small window of opportunity for young sportsmen and women to succeed at the highest level and injury or sickness can dramatically hamper development or future progression.

Private Medical Insurance

Private medical insurance covers you and/or your loved ones to receive medical treatments, scans & consultations in a private hospital.

This means you could benefit from faster diagnosis including MRI, CT and PET scans, full access to private hospitals without the delay of NHS waiting lists, a private room if you need to stay overnight and treatments that aren’t available on the NHS, including options for dental treatment, chiropractic care, physiotherapy and prescription glasses, etc.

If you play a sport, whether it’s your full-time job or if you’re part of a Sunday league team, the benefits of private medical insurance mean that you’ll spend less time on the bench due to medical circumstances and get better quality care in your downtime.

Sports Accident Cover

If you or a loved one plays a sport, you will know that injuries are not uncommon and can be quite serious.

Unfortunately, many insurance policies do not provide cover for accidents sustained while playing a sport, especially serious injuries such as fractures, and being unprepared for this could leave you with a hefty private medical bill, so it’s important to make sure you have the correct policy to cover your sporting activities.

**Unfortunately, due to recent changes providers will no longer provide fracture for certain sports, including rugby.**

Hospital
Cash Plans

A hospital cash plan allows you to benefit from private medical treatment at a significantly lower price than full private medical insurance. A self-pay plan like this one means that you pay for treatment covered by your policy and get reimbursed for the cost; so not only is it cheaper than full private medical insurance, but you also don’t have to wait for approval from your insurer before getting treatment!

The plan covers appointments with private GP’s, consultations, scans & tests, in-patient & day-patient treatments, physiotherapy, osteopathy, chiropractic treatment, acupuncture and more.

Of course, there are limits on how much cashback you can claim each year; but with 3 different levels of cover available, there are options available to meet your needs and budget.

Career-Ending Injury Protection

Sport can be life-changing for both the good and the bad; it can be life-affirming and exhilarating, but nobody is indestructible.
Sometimes injuries can be bad enough to force you to retire from your sport and if your sport is also your job, this might leave you in a precarious position financially.

That’s where a Career-Ending Injury Protection policy comes in. If you suffer an injury which forces you into early retirement and you are covered by a policy of this type, you will receive a tax-free lump sum which will help cover any loss of potential earnings you might have made if you continued to play and can help you meet your financial obligations while you recover.

Non-Playing Staff Benefits

We understand that a club doesn’t run itself, all the staff behind the scenes work incredibly hard to keep things running smoothly; from physiotherapists, coaches and trainers to administrators, sales managers and board members, these fully customisable benefit plans will allow your club to give your non-playing staff for the time and effort they put in. Alternatively, if your club cannot afford to pay out extra for all its staff, there are many different benefit plans available. For example, a health cash plan which allows the business to set up a benefit which individual employees can pay for themselves at a discounted rate.

Healthcare Cash Plans

Unlike insurance, which covers the things you don’t see coming, a cash plan helps you cover the costs of routine sporting healthcare, such as physiotherapy, chiropractic care, dental check-ups or eye care by allowing you to claim repayment, up to a maximum amount, for your treatments.

So, if your policy covered you up to £200 per treatment and you had chiropractic treatment which cost £200 you could then claim the full cost back.
